  • PayPal and Venmo: Payment processing for partner commissions. Note: We do not store full financial account credentials; we only store your PayPal or Venmo email/username for payment purposes. All financial transactions are processed securely through these third-party payment providers.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • In-App Deletion: Open the WeBowl app, go to Account → Delete Data, and follow the prompts to permanently delete your account and all bowling data, scores, and personal information
  • Contact Us: Email us at the address provided in Section 12, and we will process your deletion request within 30 days

For other privacy rights requests, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 12. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. While our bowling scorekeeper app may be used by families and young bowlers, if you are under 13 years old, you must use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in Section 12. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
